Sonja Veterinary Assistant

Sonja has had a passion for animals since she was a young girl. It began with collecting national geographic pamphlets to read. She started helping every frog, insect, bird or pet she came across. After working at doggy-daycares and learning animal training, she knew she wanted to work further with animals. Sonja began going back to school for a bachelors in Animal Health & Behavior in October of 2022, and has since expanded her goals to working with exotic rehabilitation and conservation. Sonja aspires to apply her passion and knowledge towards treating animals both domestic and wild and someday own her own rescue facility.
